New Children’s Book, The Magical Love Box, Wins the Gold Seal of Excellence from Mom’s Choice Awards

(MILWAUKEE, Wis., February 7, 2019) The Mom’s Choice Awards®, a global organization recognized for benchmarking the highest quality in family-friendly media, products and services, has awarded The Magical Love Box the Gold Seal of Excellence.
Wisconsin author, Mary Reinhart, is honored that her debut children’s book has been recognized by the Mom’s Choice Award. “It’s a distinguished and respected organization, designed to help parents and grandparents make wiser choices about what products they give to their children,” said Reinhart. “The story of The Magical Love Box is based on a small colorful, wooden box I gave my grandson. In this story, a young child goes on a magical journey to discover what is most important for his special box to hold. I hope this book will inspire people of all ages to look for, and experience, the magic of kindness and love.”
Reinhart’s book, available at http://www.maryreinhartbooks.com, debuted in the fall of 2018. It is dedicated to her 11 grandchildren and 5 children. Reinhart, a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, is a former teacher and wellness advisor. She is available for book readings and signings in schools, libraries, churches, non-profit organizations and community centers.
The Mom’s Choice Awards selects the best in family-friendly media, products and services. The MCA evaluation process uses a proprietary methodology in which entries are scored on a number of elements including production quality, design, educational value, entertainment value, originality, appeal and cost.

With the evaluation now complete, the testing samples of The Magical Love Box will be donated to schools, libraries, hospitals and nonprofit organizations.

Through years of storytelling with her grandchildren, Reinhart became inspired to put on paper the compassion, joy and love that she and her grandchildren share. Her first career in teaching allowed her to celebrate life’s curiosity along with her students. Widowed at a young age, life’s journey led her into a second career as a facilitator of alternative healing and wellness practices.
